Refund/Return Policy

At Croisan Creek Coffee, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right. This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds may be requested.

Return Eligibility  

We accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

  • Unopened Coffee Bags: If your coffee bag is sealed and unused, you may return it within 30 days of purchase.

  • Merchandise: Apparel or accessories in new, unworn condition with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Product Quality Issues 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:​

  • Sale items or items marked as final sale.

  • Items damaged due to improper use or handling.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

If you wish to return or exchange an eligible item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [Insert Email Address] with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).

  2. Wait for Approval: We will review your request and provide return instructions, including the shipping address.

  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and use a trackable shipping method to send it back to us. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please note:

  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. Include photos of the damage or defect, along with your order number. We will:

  • Offer a replacement item at no additional cost, OR

  • Provide a full refund, including shipping fees.

Exchanges

If you need a different product or size, you may request an exchange for eligible items. Follow the steps in Section 3 to initiate an exchange. Once we receive your original item, we will process and ship the replacement.
